Apartment with an excellent location in the heart of the Haute-Nendaz resort, ideal for a carless week!
This bright apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
It has a bedroom with 1 double bed (which can be separated into 2 single beds), a bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined together to make 1 double bed) and a large family room with a double bed and a single bed.
2 bathrooms with bath/shower, washbasin and WC (including 1 en-suite in the family room).
Spacious living room with cable TV and internet access.
Dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy a large south-facing corner balcony with stunning views over Tracouet and Nendaz. It's the ideal place for sunbathing, even in winter!
1 private outdoor parking space is available at the rear of the building.
Lift and ski room in the building.
Facilities:
Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with the small pans), dishwasher, oven, induction hobs, hairdryer, washing machine.
The apartment is centrally located, close to the ice rink, playground and sledge run. Puschair walks are easy from the apartment.
Good to know:
Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter.
Tourist tax, final cleaning and bed linen and towels are included in the total price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking.
Additional sheets and towels for CHF 30/person.
Optional baby pack for CHF 25 (cot, fitted sheet, bath towels and high chair).
The fireplace cannot be used.
Please note that bachelor/bachelorette parties and other noisy celebrations are not permitted. We thank you in advance for respecting this.

Le seul bemol, la voie d’accès et de sortie du parking derrière le bâtiment pas dégagée suite a des fortes chutes de neige. Pire la deneigeuse municipale avait repoussee la neige de la route principale dans notre chemin. Je be pouvais pas sortir la vsee more

Lors de chutes de neige (tant attendues), les axes principaux sont les premiers à être déneigés. Mais jusqu'à maintenant cela n'a jamais posé problème, je suppose donc que vous êtes partis vraiment bien tôt. Au plaisir de vous accueillir pour un prochain séjour à Nendaz!
