Apartment located in the centre of Haute-Nendaz, close to all amenities and activities, ideal for a stay without a car!
Renovated in 2023, it comprises 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and television, the other with 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin and WC.
The cosy living room has a TV and a large balcony that can also be accessed from the 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped.
Features:
Hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with small pans).
Internet and cable television.
Hair dryer.
From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the Tracouet piste in Nendaz.
There is an outdoor parking space in front of the building.
The building has a lift and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (with coins).
Good to know:
The apartment is located opposite the ice rink and the playground and very close to the sledge run.
Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter.
Fireplace can not be used. There is no space for a baby cot in the bedrooms.
Tourist tax, final cleaning and bed linen and towels are included in the total price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. Additional sheets and towels for CHF30/person.
Please note: the swimming pool in the building is permanently closed.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
There are neighbours living in the building all year round, therefore bachelor/bachelorette parties and other noisy celebrations are not permitted. We thank you in advance for respecting this.

Two bedroom newly refurbished modern apartment in excellent location at the centre of Nendaz right next to the large supermarket and restaurants and bars of this picturesque town and directly opposite the ski shop at the foot of the main gondola. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, cozy and modern. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to entertain and there is a nice sofa and TV to provide everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. Jess and the team are very responsive when you need anything and the arrival and departure could not be easier.
