The location is ideal as it is close to the city (Sion, Conthey), its shops and activities, but also close to nature (Siviez, Tracouet/Nendaz); walks along the bisses, mountain hikes, cycling in summer, skiing in winter in the 4 Vallées,...
The schools of Haute-Nendaz and Basse-Nendaz are accessible on foot from the house.
Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, library, toy library, sports facilities (football pitch, open-air pool, ice rink, tennis courts, sports center,...) playgrounds, ski slopes,...everything is close by.
